After breakfast, around 7:30 a.m.; Your assigned driver guide will pick you up from the hotel to drive south-west of the country to reach Nyungwe National Park. On your way to the park, you will visit the King's Palace Museum which offers visitors a chance to learn about Rwanda's rich cultural heritage and history. Visitors can explore traditional architecture, admire the Inyambo cows, watch traditional dance performances, observe artcrafts, and learn about Rwandan culture through exhibits and demonstrations.

After touring the King’s palace museum, you will grab a cup of Rwandan coffee at Stafford coffee shop before you visit the Ethnographic Museum in Huye. It offers visitors a chance to discover and appreciate Rwanda's rich cultural traditions and history. Visitors can explore traditional Rwandan clothing, exhibits on Rwandan culture and development, historic perspectives of the country, practices, tools, and local crafts and handicrafts.

After lunch in Huye town, you will continue your journey to Nyungwe National Park, where you will check in to your chosen accommodation, located near the park entrance where you feel and experience the natural splendor of the park the rest of the evening, waiting for immersion in the Park’s breathtaking adventures the following days.

Rise early (5:30 a.m.) to embark on an extraordinary chimpanzee trekking experience. Accompanied by experienced guides, track these fascinating primates through the dense forest. Witness their playful behaviors, observe their social interactions, and capture precious moments.

After the trek, return to your accommodation for a well-deserved lunch. Then, venture to the picturesque tea plantations where you will experience tea harvest exercise, and learn more about tea farming, and the whole process from crop to cup. This will mark the end of this day’s activities, then head to your hotel for a refreshing dinner and rest.

After breakfast, visit the magnificent Kamiranzovu Waterfall. Embark on a guided nature walk through the park's verdant trails. Encounter a rich variety of flora and fauna, including unique bird species and primates. Listen to the symphony of bird calls and experience the serenity of the ancient rainforest. As the cascading waters create a serene ambiance at the waterfall, take a moment to connect with nature's raw beauty and capture stunning photographs.
