OVERVIEW
The Kigali city tour will be the first activity in Rwanda, where we will visit the Genocide memorial at Gisozi, and then the gorillas are found in the Volcanoes National Park in the Northern Province of Rwanda. We will visit the gorillas in their habitat, the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, where you will learn more about how they were protected and how they were taken care of by Dian Fossey. At the end, we will visit Gorilla Guardian Village.

Day 1: Kigali city tour—Musanze (Volcanoes National Park)

DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Airport pickup, and go for a Kigali city tour where we will visit the Genocide memorial site at Gisozi to know more about the Genocide against Tutsi in 1994 and take lunch in Kigali Repub Lounge. Later, we take the journey from Kigali city to Musanze, have dinner at Migano Coffee, and then stay overnight in Tiloreza Volcanoes Ecolodge.
Day 2: Wake up in the morning, and have breakfast. We pick you up from the hotel and head to the RDB office. You go in a group of 8 people; you first take a briefing before you go for gorilla trekking, where you will be experiencing the gorilla habitats and their life in their families, after which we take lunch at Tiloreza Volcanoes Ecolodge. In the afternoon, we visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to learn more about the story of Dian Fossey and the gorilla. After we go back to the hotel, you will have dinner there.
Day 3: Wake up in the morning, have breakfast at the hotel, and check out. We begin the journey back to Kigali for departure, and we will drop you off at Kigali International Airport.
